It looks good at Box tomorrow afternoon.
I have a driver if anyone else is interested.

Me and Raquel went to Box today. Just as we got to the launch, Soren showed up at our launch at the exact same time. He had hiked up from the front LZ. He was making his second hike up that day after making a ~ 25 min flight earlier. It was great having his help for launch. I had a good launch around 3:00 and went right up from a good cycle. The lift was ratty but I made it to about 1k above launch before the lift seemed to disappear. When I got to about launch height, I shot on out to the LZ. Got some lift near the LZ and boated around there for awhile. I had a good landing approach and landed in the bail out for about a 40 min flight but still managed to ding an upright on my landing.
Not the best day to fly but much better than a sled ride.

Hey, it was a nice surprise to run into you two yesterday. Remember, anytime you're getting out (especially during the week) feel free to give me a ring.

We'll have to lug that wing of yours up mustang one these days too, eh.
Does anyone know if any Hangies have flown the 'stangs before? Either way, I think it'd be worth it.

Well, take care and congrats on a nice flight.

Mustang has hosted many HGs in the past. A few years ago we had Eric S. and Chuck (2 HGs) along with six or so PGs.

Soren, if you're looking for additional ballast to lug up mountains, I'll be happy to oblige. :)

Well now John, let's not get too carried away. True, I like my exercise but not that much.

Say, you been flying Sutherland at all lately? I've got myself a two-wheeled vehicle that would probably make pretty quick work out of the approach. Either way, I'd certainly be interested in having a look see.

I'm not skilled enough to land safely with the current options at Sutherland, but I'm certain Andy would appreciate some company on his next trip out there.
