Dear Members:
As you may or may not be aware, we've been shoring up & making erosion repairs for serveral months now on launch. All that remains is filling a few cracks, sweeping surface clean & applying an asphalt protective coating.
Which should help stableize the surface for another four or five yrs.

SAHGA Authorized the purchase of materials needed. 10 gal. asphalt sealer, 1 gal. crack filler & roller, ( Cost of Mat. = $92.00 ).

I will P/U supplies. Would like to see completed by end of april. Two or three volunteers to help would be grand.
Estimated time for project - 1 to 1.5 hrs.

I will try to pick a weekend not conducive to flying, post something maybe on a thur. or fri.
Call if you can lend a hand.

Hi Raf - I'll be in Colorado end of April but would certainly help if I'm here in town.

I'm not pursuing flying Sat., would like to finish seal coat on the A launch Saturday morning around 8 - 8:30. Small job, would only need a couple hands. If you can make it great.

John, Andy, and Terry showed up to lend a hand, thanks guys!

My gestimation of $100.00 to resurface launch was slightly off. By the time we were finished, we were $250.00 into it and only 2/3 of the way done. It will still take around $150.00 to finish the entire surface.

I think I had better stick to plumbing estimating and leave flat work est. to others.

Oh well, it's only money...thanks again for volunteering two hours of your Saturday.
