Animation of track logs with Doarama

Please consider getting in the habit of uploading your track log to doarama.com. It takes only a few seconds for each track log, and you don't even need a doarama account because you can use your existing Facebook or Google credentials to log in.

Doarama automatically creates an animated visualization of your track using imagery similar to that of Google Earth. But, the best part is that if there were others out there with you, and they upload their tracks, Doarama automatically works that out and says, "Seems you were not alone." It will then allow you to create an animation that includes all the pilots in the area at the time of your flight.

I've just uploaded my Mingus tracks to Doarama. Please consider doing the same. It would be fun to watch Aaron's and Ioan's Friday evening flights as well as the Cluster-21 flight over the Maid on Saturday evening.

OK- that's a pretty cool site. I've uploaded a few of my runs into it. Fun stuff if anyone wants to know what I've been doing with my time instead of flying.

Morey, that was quite a tour of the hills just outside Jackson. Thanks for sharing that with us.
Hugh, when you have a minute, please post a link to the Maid fest.
