At the end of the meeting, I'm planning on doing a demo of the new website. I think I've got most of the features I wanted working. It is just a matter of content now. It would be nice to have it live before the end of the year, so please come by and give me some feedback.

If you are out of town and can't make it but would like to participate, I can put toghether a web-meeting. Let me know if you are interested. I can have up to three remote participants.

I called Pizza Hut this morning to remind them we're coming tonight. It looks like we may, once again, be double-booked. The person I talked to wasn't sure but the fact he even brought it up leads me to believe it is the case.

We may need to talk again about either a) moving meeting night or b) moving meeting location.

Last month I left a card with a request for the manager to call me, but he never did. I forgot to close the loop and call him.
I'll ring him up next week and see what he says. If we like the location and the PH management team is incapable of managing a calendar, then perhaps we'll just have to get in the habit of reminding them around the end of each month to put us on the calendar for the coming month.

No need - it turned out that the back room was available and we were able to use it.
