Kartchner Caverns Event - October 8th

We will have a booth at the upcoming Kartchner Caverns Guano Happens event on October 8th. Details follow.
Arrive: 7:45 a.m. for set up.
Depart: Any time after 12:30 p.m.
Booth personnel: Beth Stavely (PG), Margo Simon (PG), Mike Flamm (HG)
Booth equipment and materials:
- Table (Chris Craig, John Wolfe)
- Chairs (booth personnel bring their own)
- Trade show materials (brochures, signs, banners, magazines, etc.): Beth and John
- PG flight deck with instruments
- PG harness, backpack, canopy for display
- HG simulator
- PG simulator
- at least one HG to be assembled for display
Eric cannot join us for the event, so I'm hoping that another local, experienced HG pilot can be there.
