I am going to Mustang today (Friday Jan 7)

Mustang might work today. The Elgin surface forecast looks good. The winds aloft for Tucson are a confusing and may be telling me it could be blown out, but I am going to try it anyway. I will be there in the afternoon. I will be on a new cell phone (I lost the other one at Box) 954-1850. Is anyone else interested?

Mustang worked again! I had a nice glassoff flight with a good launch and a good landing. The wind aloft was very strong WSW (20 mph picking up to about 25 mph for about 10 minutes of the flight), but the speed bar did the trick. I wore some nice new gloves that were warm, yet allowed my fingers to operate lines and things. I did have a problem with the gloves getting caught in the speed bar pulleys. Any suggestions?
I will not be available for flying this weekend.
