AHGA Labor Day Fly-in at Mingus

The Phoenix club is having a Labor Day fly-in at Mingus, September 5th-7th.

FWIW, my plans for the Mingus fly-in are to go up early Friday, and return Sunday night after flying. The fly-in includes Monday, but I'm not staying for that day.

My Jeep has rack and seats for 2-3 HG/PG pilots for retrieval duty, and Lorraine has graciously consented to come along and drive!

I'm planning to go. I plan to go up early on Saturday (early enough to fly Saturday) and return Monday after flying but my schedule is flexible Saturday - Monday.

I'd probably leave around before 7 AM so I arrive there early enough to fly.

It looks like Lorraine and I will be doing the hotel thing in Cottonwood rather than camping. Gotta treat the driver right...

My tentative plans are to go up Friday (possibly even Thursday) and return Sunday evening. I may be looking at some real estate in Prescott before heading to Mingus, but I'll know more as the date approaches.
