Is anyone _not_ going to Demo Daze?
Looks like Mustang might work on Saturday.

I'll be in town this weekend.
Let's see if the forecast holds.

I had been planning on going to Flagstaff, but it's looking more like I may be staying in Tucson. If so, I should be available to fly. I'll know this evening.

Whitney, if the current forecast holds, the wind will be blowing out of the west, over the back of Miller, but it will be nearly perfect for Mustang.

I would offer my service as driver to you and Morey and Fred if it were Miller. Hope you guys have fun airtime!

It looks like I'll be staying in Tucson for the weekend. Thanks as always for offering to drive Whitney but it definitely doesn't look like a Miller day Saturday. It may even be too strong for Mustang. I'll recheck the forecast Saturday morning.

you're too wonderful.
You are certainly welcome to join us anyway. The hike to launch isn't bad and the view is lovely.

You just might get converted into a PG pilot.

Thanks Morey. I think I'll bite the bullet and do some chores around the casa. Speaking of PG, I'm going to CO on thursday. I talked to my friend the PG pilot in Vail and he says conditions might be right for a tandem PG so that's my plan!

I'm torn between Mustang and South Mountain. Mustang looks like it could work, but it also looks like there is a good chance it will be blown out.
South Mountain looks like it will work, but I'd need to get on the road by 8:30 or 9:00. Anyone interested in going to South Mountain?

Looks perfect for a glass-off at the Mustangs.
Not looking blown out right now. If anything, too light until later.

1pm Houghton and I10?

Agreed, based on the latest Op40, Mustang looks good. The Bak40 was looking doubtful this morning, before the Op40 for 5:00 p.m. was available.
What time and where shall we meet?

My reading of the forecast is there is a good chance Mustang could be blown out. Unfortunately, it seems to stay pretty constantly strong after about 1400. The options are to try and get on launch really early (1300) or go for the glassoff and hope for the best.

The plan is to meet at Houghton and I-10 at noon to get on launch a little early. If it's too windy we can use the time to clean it up a bit, if not we can fly that much longer.
