Terry & Sherry moving to Middletown CA (NE of Santa Rosa

The rumor is true, Sherry was offered the teaching job she wanted in CA so we are moving in a couple weeks.

So, for our going away party we are supplying the first round of pizza and brew at the next club meeting June 12. Yes, I will be buying the pizza! And this is not just a ploy to get more people to come to meetings.

No going away gifts are necessary, although info about the Sonoma Wings club and sites is appreciated, and we will also be supplying some door prizes: possibly old old PG gear (keeping the stuff less than 10 years old) that we should have thrown/given away years and moves ago. Sort of a white elephant event.

We will miss everyone, so come to the next meeting for goodbye hugs (Sherry will do most of that). Oh, I also finally had an MRI done on my sore right knee and it appears to be a slightly torn meniscus cartilage, so I will still be on the bench for a while longer til it heals.

So, see you at the club meeting or we will have to eat all the pizza ourselves.

Sorry to hear your leaving us. You've been great company on the hill tops.

P.S. What are we going to wash this pizza down with? We're not going to let you get out of Dodge that easy. You need to buy the first round also.

Terry, I'm really sorry to hear that you're leaving. It's been great having you as friends and SAHGA members. Sonoma Wings will be a better club with you guys, and we'll be poorer.
