30 Day Temporary

In order to fly most sites in Southern Arizona, a pilot is required to be a current member of both SAHGA (Southern Arizona Hang Glider Association) and USHPA (United States Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association). A member of the Phoenix-based, Arizona Hang Gliding and Paragliding club (AZHPA) does not require a SAHGA membership, due to a reciprocity agreement, but does require a current USHPA membership.

Your membership dues fund site access, insurance, and maintenance as well as weather stations.

The 30-day SAHGA Membership starts immediately and expires after 30 days. 

Temporary members have access to the members-only content on the SAHGA website. 

During the 30-day period you may upgrade to an Annual Membership.
