Online vote and agenda item: SAHGA bylaws changes

Hi, all

At last night's SAHGA meeting we discussed amending the bylaws to reduce the quorum and allow for less-frequent meetings. It was moved and seconded to place the propsed amendments on the agenda for the November meeting, and to open electronic voting.

Current, paid-up SAHGA members are eligible to vote on these questions.

A reminder, if you might not be present at the November 12th meeting (Tuesday the week after next) be sure to see the online vote information in the "Member Discussions forum: http://www.sahga.com/forum3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2643 and vote before the meeting.
