I'm hoping to fly tomorrow (Saturday), but I've not started looking at weather.
Please let me know if you're available.

It looks mostly south to southwest Saturday at Miller launch altitude. Even if due south, that's not a great direction there. It produces turbulent conditions, especially if the winds aloft are strong. If it's southwest it's not launchable at all.

We're thinking about the Whetstones on Sunday. Predicted 15-20 SW between 2 and 5 PM. No decision yet, though.

Lift on Saturday looks uninspiring, but I'm considering a run up to South Mountain.
Sunday looks too windy for baggers.

OK, you talked me into it.
Anyone else wants to join us, we'll have room for three other baggers.

Ugh, the 'Stones stunk that Sunday. Very south, very gusty, and marginally blown out.

Doug, Rafael and Debbie, Eric and I showed up to check it out.

Eric was the only one of us to attempt it. He had a nice long flight but needed the T2 to make any headway out to the LZ. He got gusted badly while in grouned effect and had a pretty bad landing. Broken DT and a bruise on the leg, but otherwise ok.
