I could possibly be talked into box on Thursday. I think Mustang is going to be blown out.

Have you considered the A ?

Orrin an I were able to soar there on Thursday the 15th.
The flights were short , 10 minutes for him a little longer for me. Conditions were very light,8 to 10 ESE with thermals, we were able to get above the top for a few minutes. I was able to swoop the crowd
Thursday looks better than last week.

Friday the 16th on A mt, was much better for me, 2 hrs. an 27 minutes. A grand over at the peak of it, many thermals to work an birds to fly with. It was soarable from the cliffs out front all the way back to the castle, in thermal cycles.

I am not saying tomorrow will be a repeat, but worth taking a look at the forecast .
I would like to fly on Friday, some where, lets go get high !

One of these days I'm going to go check out the launches and landings for A Mtn. Just need to make time for it. I've heard they can be tricky for paragliders.

Give me a call if you want to go to the A , conditions do not look flyable at the Mustangs or Box to me. They might change
unlikely under the present weather conditions. Easterly flow looks more likely than westerly. North might work for Box today, early since it will shift NE by midday or afternoon.

Sorry. I just had a chance to check the site. Ione and I talked a bit last night and decided that we weren't going to go, so I went in to work today. I'm not rated to fly the A just yet, but I still think its a neat idea.
