Monday Flight report
Ended up flying Miller Canyon. It was spectacular. I launched Kevin Link a visiting pilot from Wisconsin first. He soared above the reef`s east face for 5 minutes in light thermals. Then headed out the spine to the LZ.
I lanuched at noon to work thermals up to 8K + msl for and hour. A couple of saves over the lz for 3500 foot altitude gains made it a challanging flight.
The road up Carr canyon looks good, our road up to the reef is really rough, on the lower portions. The upper portion looks good.
The road in the LZ has just been graded.
