Vario is immaculate, gps is good, pod is scratched but structurally perfect, all cables are perfect, software cd has never been out of the case. The mount is a modified flytec clamp that can clamp onto a standard velcro flytec mount OR clamp directly onto any Wills or Moyes control bar pip-pin....that's how I do it.
