Hi, Eric
Eric Smith and I are thinking about doing Box Canyon on Friday. Any interest on that instead of the 'Stones?

Miller Canyon launch status - still closed
I called the Hereford office of the USFS to see about Carr Canyon road access to launch.
He said that it was still not open, and he expected it wouldn't be until around April 1st.

Hi, Chuck
Cool video. I especially liked that helicopter-style landing. I was wondering if he'd be able to get unhooked without a wireman. Great stuff!
Thanks for the link.

I've created an "In Memorium" album for our message board at http://sahga.com/forum/album_cat.php?cat_id=11. I've also increased the maximum photo size to 2048x2048. Would you consider posting some of your pictures of Shane there?

Shane Smith's funeral arrangements
Orrin and Dianne would like everyone to know about Shane's funeral arrangements. There will be a viewing from 6 PM to 8 PM Friday evening at Bring's Funeral Home, 6910 East Broadway, Tucson. That's a little west of Kolb. The funeral will be held at noon Saturday at the LDS Church at 1655 S. Melpomen...

Shane Smith has passed away
This is just heartbreaking. Shane Smith passed away today in a hang gliding accident while scooter towing at Phoenix Regional Airport. I don't have the details about the accident yet, but Eric asked me to post this to let everyone know. He said he will follow up later with additional information. Sh...

Ouch! Morey, you need ot change your avatar to show you go both ways.
Hopefully we'll get a decent Box day and we can all go antagonize each other.
It looks generally west and fairly decent for Saturday, so we've got a shot.

Hey, Scott, welcome back. I don't know yet. I just got back from a couple of weeks on the road so haven't had a chance to work on this yet. I'll need a place to buy those and the "gaffer tape", whatever _that_ is. Made from fresh gaffer, I suppose. John Update - here ya go: http://www.magnet4less.co...
