Technically, the front side of box is not coronado national forest, correct?

My understanding that the LZ is not in the Coronado national forest but as soon as you cross the fence going up to the lower launch, then you are in the Coronado national forest.

Correct. The PG and HG launches are in the Coronado National Forest. The Box LZ is on State Trust land.

This part of the announcement was interesting. With respect to Miller Canyon and Carr Canyon roads, closed by the Monument fire:
This specific Sierra Vista Ranger District closure shall remain in effect until August 20, 2011 or until rescinded, whichever is earlier.
